1. Please notify us/Titbits India of receipt of a damaged/defective product within 24-hours of delivery to You. If you are unable to do so within 24-hours, we Titbits India shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
  2. Products should be unused.
  3. You should prove the damage product through video or images and send at our email care@titbitsindia.com or whatsapp us at +919062377022
  4. You will be responsible to return/courier the damaged/defective product to us, at your own cost. Return courier cost will be solely your/user/customer’s responsible.
  5. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
  6. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.
  7. The returned products are subject to verification and checks by our team in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return.
  8. Refund of damage product will proceed within 15-30 working days. Refund amount of product price only (at the time of purchase). Shipping and handling charges is not refundable at any circumstances.
  9. For new order cancellation, user/customer must cancel the order within 10 hours of hold time, no refund will be entertain after hold time of 10 hours from the time of payment of new order.
