Refund Policy
- Please notify us/Titbits India of receipt of a damaged/defective product within 24-hours of delivery to You. If you are unable to do so within 24-hours, we Titbits India shall not be held liable for the failure to replace the order.
- Products should be unused.
- You should prove the damage product through video or images and send at our email care@titbitsindia.com or whatsapp us at +919062377022
- You will be responsible to return/courier the damaged/defective product to us, at your own cost. Return courier cost will be solely your/user/customer’s responsible.
- Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels, barcodes, user manual, warranty card and invoices etc.
- It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of products during transit.
- The returned products are subject to verification and checks by our team in order to determine the legitimacy of the complaint/ return.
- Refund of damage product will proceed within 15-30 working days. Refund amount of product price only (at the time of purchase). Shipping and handling charges is not refundable at any circumstances.
- For new order cancellation, user/customer must cancel the order within 10 hours of hold time, no refund will be entertain after hold time of 10 hours from the time of payment of new order.
